Google Web Fonts

5. Data transfer when concluding a contract for services and digital content

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary as part of the contract processing.

The sole purpose of processing personal data is to process the application from the person concerned.

7. Processing of required data

In order to provide the recruitment service, it is necessary that Philwork Recruitment processes the personal data entrusted to it in compliance with data protection regulations. This only happens if the processing of the personal data that arises when using the services and is necessary to carry out the services is legally permissible by Philwork Recruitment or by the companies used. Specifically, the processing of necessary data for recruitment agencies in the catering and hotel industries is necessary to fulfill a contract or to carry out measures at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract. The legal basis is therefore Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point (b) of the GDPR. When you first contact us, you will be asked for the following details:

(1) of applicants: last name, first name, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth, existence of a professional license, languages and language level, country in which the vocational training took place (deviations are possible depending on the region from which an application is made);

(2) from companies or institutions: last name, first name, organization or trade name, telephone, email, country, comments.

Required fields are marked as such. As the application progresses, further data may be processed that is necessary before successful employment (e.g. certificates, proof of qualifications, nationality, date of start of work). The legal basis is also Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point (b) of the GDPR. If data is processed that is not absolutely necessary for an application but contributes to the success of a successful application, the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1, f.) GDPR on the basis of the aforementioned interest.

After you have actively provided it to us, we use your personal data to securely provide the service you have requested. If we use data for a purpose that requires your consent according to legal regulations, we will ask you for your express consent. You can revoke this consent once given at any time or object to the use of your data in the future.
